Raiser's Edge includes over a 100 canned reports.  However, there is often a need for more comprehensive custom reports or even just a simple report that displays their information differently than any of the canned reports.  To do this we use a tool by SAP called Crystal Reports to build these reports.  

With Crystal Reports we can build sophisticated reports that you can use to leverage your fundraising data in order to make informed decisions.  Once a report is built, they are simple for the end user to generate, and therefore there is less demand for IT or developer support.  With a custom crystal report you will save time in manually producing a report that can now be generated in a matter of moments.
